Godo, 74, lives in Kibbutz Na’an, southeast of Tel Aviv. He is active with the left-wing group Looking the Occupation in the Eye, and regularly accompanies Palestinian shepherd communities in the Jordan Valley in the West Bank as a form of “protective presence.”
