Installation for internal washing and filling KEG is designed for washing and filling the product (beer, drinks, cider, wine, etc.) in a KEG and includes 5 working and 1 auxiliary positions.
The installation is a modular frame structure, consisting of:
• nodes of displacement in a stepwise manner;
• nodes of pressing with positioning;
• washing and filling heads;
• valve manifolds for distribution of flows of working media and product;
• devices and sensors for monitoring temperature, levels, etc .;
• control cabinet with software.
The module for preparation, storage and delivery of cleaning solutions is intended for:
• preparation of washing solutions (alkaline and acidic) while maintaining the specified operating temperature in the operating mode;
• storage of cleaning solutions in the reuse mode;
• supply of detergent solutions with a predetermined capacity in the working position of washing and filling and their return for reuse.
The composition of the module for preparation, storage and delivery of cleaning solutions:
• capacity of the alkaline solution;
• capacity of the acid solution;
• capacity of recycled water;
• pumps for supplying washing solutions and circulating water;
• heating units (heat carrier - steam);
• devices and sensors for monitoring temperature, levels, etc.
