Over the past couple weeks, I've felt my health and fitness declining. It didn't feel good, I felt awful and it was cause me some anxiety.
Fortunately, my Mother-in-law had a great solution. African Food!
Fufu, Jolof Rice and Plasas! (sp?)
I needed a better diet. I was eating bacon pizza 3 days a week and the other days weren't much better.
I need more fiber and home cooked meals. My Mother-in-law did both!
I've been eating Jolof Rice all week and I feel better.
