Don't Settle for Less!
I’ve seen too many people shy away from setting high expectations because of a concern that “if I set the bar too high, my people will leave.” That’s usually, for good people, that’s the opposite of what happens! Challenge me, give me something to exceed and I wanna run through a wall. If you want mediocre, I will find something else to do. I don’t get out of bed in the morning for mediocre, and good people don’t!
