The floating dock, built by Istanbul Kuzey Star shipyard @kuzeystarshipyard3941 belongs to @RosatomGlobal State Nuclear Energy Corporation’s Murmansk-based subsidiary Federal State Unitary Enterprise ATOMFLOT. One day later, the convoy returned back to Istanbul strait and passed southbound to reach Haydarpaşa again. The final destination of the floating dock is reportedly St. Petersburg, Russia, and its purpose will be to serve as a docking facility for nuclear icebreakers, including the universal icebreakers of the 22220 "Arktika" project.
