Mixer Tank (Browning tank)
"ESMIS" LLC produces mixing tanks for various purposes. This tank is for caramel browning. The caramel layer near the heated walls changes color under the influence of temperature. The mixing device removes and mixes it with fluoroplastic scrapers.
