============= About the Video 🍁 =============
🎋 This new build is based on the new mythic called 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬. It's a very cool mythic that boosts damage done with status effects as long as you are keeping more than 170 Ult, up to 17%.
△ As you could guess, it happens to synergise extremely with Pure warden :
🐻❄️ 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 gives you access to a passive ult dealing massive status damage, which is perfect for that mythic.
🧊 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 is also a perfect skill line for that build, with every skill focused on proccing status effects, and empowering Chilled, a single chill proc doing ~30k damage on that build.
🦑 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 (𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐞) to get Tentacular dread as semi-spam for a passive damage boost, who happens to be a direct Ice damage so has high chances to proc Chill. The passive boosting status is also nice to have, although it's not that impressive, you can safely swap this line for Necro or DK Earth, I got easely 170k+ with all those options.
△ This weird base allows us to use very niche sets, which here become insane :
🪨 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐚𝐫 : insane set with the mythic, gives you 100+ status procs by itself.
⚕️ 𝐯𝐀𝐒 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 : getting guaranteed procs is very strong, and the high status chances you get ensures that you will get double procs very often.
💀 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧 : with this many damage ticks from the status, it becomes extremely potent and has nice lines for content play.
🌠 Funny options I tested and are really viable (less than 5k from those parses) : Master staff, Thread of war with a destro staff frontbar, BRP Dualwield, Symetry of the Weald, Whorl of the Depths, Bahsei, Heartland, Nerieneth.
🏮 𝑰𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒂 𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔?
I don't think it is, as you lack the burst of an ulti/an execute, but I think it's very good still. You get very good cleave & pen with the magicka setup for exemple, so you will never sandbag your group and can apply the status knife (universal good buff for every group to have), while being easely able to top parse in longer fights if you are better than other DDs.
🌪️ Optimised Trash setup (with the new mythic) : https://is.gd/WardenTrashSetupNewMythic
I tend to think that using normal velothi trash setup and dropping ult would be slightly better, but that's way cooler.
