Breathing is a two-part operation that completes the cycle of this mysterious, life-giving air as it enters and exits from our body. When that process stops, its game over and we’re dead; and although it began at the very moment of our birth, most people remain almost completely unaware of it. Yet breathing is one of the few constants in our life, and bringing attention to it can reveal many aspects of its divine nature.
Part 2 explores some of these aspects that can bring us more into alignment with the Cosmic Laws of the Universe, or the neters as they were called in ancient Egypt.
Music is by the Upper Egyptian Sufi ensemble Awlad Renan and their dervishes, with an excerpt of Hussein al-Awamy playing the ney for Sheikh Ayman Harridi.
