San Francisco - Oakland Bay bridge is also called Bay Bridge which connects San Francisco to Oakland and has two levels. Exiting traffic uses the lower deck of the bridge and entering traffic uses the upper deck of the bay bridge.
No walking is allowed except cycling or biking in a specific bike lane located on the side of the bay bridge.
