Million Hearts Blood Pressure Campaign | Legacy WM
As part of our training sessions delivered by Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System from #nhs for our #MillionHearts Blood Pressure Campaign, our aims are to encourage more people from the Black Afro-Caribbean community, to regularly check their #bloodpressure.
Statistically, Black Afro-Caribbean people have a much greater risk of high blood pressure compared to any other demographic. This can however be controlled through simple methods such as #exercise and having a healthy, balanced diet.
