Duke Nukem 3D beta (Lame Duke) M4.MAP (fixed earthquake effect)
In M4.MAP from Lame Duke, by default there were flaws related to triggers. For example,
gas station (or nuclear fuel station, as a nearby texture calls it) should look normal, but it has destructible gas pumps that will cause the roof over the pumps to collapse. However, when the level is launched, it is already in the post-collapse state. In addition, the earthquake effect did not work at the end of the map, which breaks the four-way road to pieces as soon as the player approaches it.
They were probably broken at some stage in development, so I added some triggers to them again and made them work.
