Homemade Giant Bounty Bar (Recipe)
How to make a Giant Homemade Bounty Bar, a candy bar with a coconut filling covered with milk chocolate.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 1 Giant Homemade Bounty:
•500 grams whole milk chocolate
•400 grams coconut flakes
•150 grams copha/solidified coconut fat
•200 milliliters coconut milk
•100 milliliters cream
Kitchen gadgets:
•Loaf pan (length ~30cm)
•Cling film
•Small saucepan
•Mixing bowl
•Brush
•Pot + suitable bowl for the double boiler
•2 equal sized coffee mugs
•Baking paper
•Spoon
•Knife
