How to bake a simple & easy Pizza alla Bolognese with Meat Sauce & Cheese.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 2 large pizzas:
...for pizza dough:
•300 grams flour
•150 milliliters lukewarm water
•25 milliliters olive oil
•½ teaspoon each of salt & sugar
•¼ cube fresh yeast (about 10 grams)
...for bolognese sauce & topping:
•400 grams ground meat
•500 milliliters sieved tomatoes
•150 grams grated cheese for gratinating
•75 milliliters red wine
•1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste
•1 tablespoon creme fraiche
•3 - 4 sprigs thyme
•3 - 4 sprigs rosemary
•1 onion
•2 - 3 cloves garlic
•Salt, pepper & sugar
•Oil for frying

•Kitchen machine or mixer with dough hooks
•Kitchen towel for covering dough
•Pizza pan (28cm)
•Large frying pan for meat sauce
