Genshin Optimization - Tartaglia Build and Mechanical Guide | Genshin Impact
It's a miracle; I have a working computer again! After over a week of a dead cooler, then my new motherboard not working and having to drive a 4-hour round trip to replace it, my new setup is finally up and running. So now, here's finally my Genshin Optimization guide on Tartaglia, just in time before his banner ends! Now that things are stable, look forward to my ACTUALLY sticking closer to the schedule I planned to set. Unless another issue arises... please don't let another issue arise...
