Genshin Impact - Nothing Special, Just Practice Eagle Achievement [Marksmanship]
Location is midway of Lingju Pass and Qingxu Pool in Liyue. There's still a few other spots where eagles are in flight but I don't know where all the locations are. Another one is between Mt. Aozang and Qingyun Peak around the area with a bunch of rocks.

Achievement condition: Hit an eagle mid-flight with your bow.
Aimed Shots are not required for this achievement so just mash the keys.
