The blue-soaked visual of Aa Gaye echoes the expanse of dawn and dusk—the time of birth and death and beyond. The time of rest and peace, of hunger and urge. Amidst vast mountains and a single gul (flower), the world feels immense. Yet, minimal.
About Artist:
Jinal Sangoi is a visual artist and educator. Her practice explores themes of care, home, nature, body and experience—bringing together art, design, pedagogy, and community through participatory and collaborative methods. She currently teaches at the IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay, and is a co-director of the Council for Arts and Social Practice (CASP).
