We picked this @palaceculture cheese up from @waitrose, I didn’t have that high hopes to be honest as sometimes when the packaging and branding are on point the product can be a let down…but NOT in this case!
The cheese really left me quite speechless tbh, it looks identical and tastes absolutely fantastic compared to an actual cheese from goat’s milk.
We had it spread on bagels and it melted just a tad like the dairy version would. This is a must-try vegan food IMO.
It’s £5.95 a roll, which let’s face it is not cheap. However, compared with other top end Waitrose goat’s cheeses it’s actually very comparable.
So if you’re cash strapped - don’t shop in Waitrose (🤣), or save up for it as it is a great experience. If you have some spare money this is well worth the try.
