How to do a Broken U-turn. Pass your road test like a pro!
Steps for making a proper U-turn:
• Turn right signal and pull over next to the car on the right side or curb
• Turn left signal, the gear on drive and the wheel all the way to the left
• Look both sides of the road, mirrors and be sure no cars are in the block
• Reverse and the wheel all the way to the right
• Check left and right and back through the rear windshield while you start moving the car back
• Left signal, put the car to drive and turn the wheels all the way to the left
