Symptoms of LARGE thyroid nodules
In this short interview segment, Dr. John Interlandi explains how large thyroid nodules can create vague and unpleasant symptoms, such as coughing, dizziness, and fatigue, that can be missed by doctors who aren't familiar with thyroid nodules. This interview was incredibly validating for my own experience with a large thyroid nodule a few years ago. Thankfully, there is a solution that doesn't involve removing the vital thyroid gland: thyroid radiofrequency ablation.
Originally from Columbia, Dr. Leal opened the doors to her practice in 2016, offering the local Spanish-speaking population access to a bilingual specialist in state-of-the-art diabetes care.
