The Switch E-shop is a broken laggy mess and we all know that Nintendo aren't going to fix it considering they have done nothing for 7 Years and its too late in the consoles life-cycle, with the Nintendo Switch 2 on the way.
It this video, I share my thought on how they COULD fix it, why fixing it matters, and why I think nintendo won't.
The research in this video is by no means exhaustive but it attempts to assess the root cause of its issues, and while the UI needs an entire overhaul, the recommendations echo the thoughts of many, in the hopes that Nintendo take notes and don't repeat history with its successor.
