Sleeping with Lions... My African Road Trip
I want to tell you a story. A month ago I went on a crazy road trip. It involved taking a completely unmaintained road through the bush in a truck that kept breaking down to reach a village a full days drive from even the most basic phone service. It involved getting repeatedly smacked in the head with branch after branch and befriending village children who spoke different languages. It involved getting diarrhea and being more uncomfortable than I ever have been. All in all, it was one of the coolest trips I've ever taken, and I'd like to share it with you.
