A quick comparison of the two with just Zhong Li shield. So far, Itto seems very good. Sometimes stronger than characters like Eula and sometimes weaker depending on what you are fighting. Very well-balanced. Not too strong to powercreep everyone, but strong enough be very comparable. His charged attack string is pretty smooth as well :)
