Your PCB design can't get to manufacturing if you are not able to convey your design intentions to your manufacturer. If anything changes in the PCB design, it should be updated in the PCB documentation too. With OrCAD, you can easily maintain different revisions of documents using revision control in OrCAD Documentation Editor. This video shows the "sign-off" process in OrCAD Documentation Editor. A document set is created and signed off. The document set is reloaded, the revision changed and new data loaded.
