Happiness through proper expectations
This is the life advice that I would share with my 22 year old self, just graduating from college. It's life advice directed to young men but I think it still applies to most people.
We've all heard that happiness is the difference between our expectations and reality. But what expectations can we have about the progress of life that aren't so low that we become lazy and so high that we inevitably get disappointed?
