Organizations are developing strategies to implement more diversity and inclusion in their culture. While several areas of diversity are of focus, neurodiversity and neurodisabilities are still considered new to many. Neurodiversity includes attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, dyslexia, and other neurological conditions.
Because of the wide range of neurodisabilities, some coaches worldwide are not equipped to serve neurodiverse clients.
View the replay of a unique session where an esteemed panel of coaches provided insight to effectively incorporate neurodiversity inclusion in coaching and understand when and how to partner with mental health professionals.
