Mill Spoilboard via G-Code
Here is a video tutorial on how to mill you spoilboard via G-Code.
This tutorial is using Wincnc and a CAMaster CNC router.
Fist I turn on the CNC
Click on Initialize (Homethe machine)
Turn off any local zeros - G92
Turn off the tool length meassuring
We need to know 3 things
1. The MAXIMUM travel down Y
2. The distance across X
3. The diameter of the largest bit, I am using a 2" diameter Magnat bit #2706 http://www.magnate.net/ProductDetails...
I show in the video how to create the spoilboard file, check the file so it mills the complete spoilboard, how to load the file into Wincnc and how to re-mill the spoilboard if it's not clean/level in the first pass.
