MASSIVE Christmas Tree Fire! SlowMo at 1min looks awesome!
One of our traditions every christmas is getting a real christmas tree, then for new years we celebrate the end of christmas and the new year coming in by burning our christmas tree! This was probably the largest christmas tree we had bought to date, which also resulted in the largest fireball we've seen to date!
Before you get up in arms, yes we took precautions! We made sure there was little-no wind this day, soaked the ground around it, and as you can see in the images we put up supporting braces to keep it upright from toppling over. We also had a fire extinguisher and the hose was on and running near the base of the fire to keep the ground saturated. Safety first and DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME! =)
