Natalie emphasises the importance of leadership support in improving gender equity, drawing on her PhD research in construction, and on the program she has developed at Cultivate. Sophie brings direct experience of participating in the program. They are be in conversation with Justine Clark, Naomi Stead and our highly active and engaged audience.
