The Rainbow Connection - Sarah McLachlan (Cover)
Hello! It has been a while I know… The past year flew by and I sadly lacked motivation to record anything, let alone pick up my guitar.
I’m manifesting a new year full of creation and music, and what better way to start it with a song for my dear friend Kathy. I promised to record her this cover back in 2020 during the never-ending lockdown, when she shared with me that it was one of her favourite pieces of music. And what a beautiful song it is, just like herself.
Originally composed by Paul Williams and Kenneth Ascher for the 1979 film “The Muppet Movie”, and performed by Jim Henson (Kermie). Kathy and I love Sarah McLachlan's version that I have covered for this video. I hope you enjoy!
