Ads in Threads app
Now available in Ads Manager: the 'Threads Feed' ad placement 👀
On April 23, Meta announced that they are rolling out ads in Threads to eligible advertisers globally. Upon checking Ads Manager today for our client (based in Europe), this new ad placement is already available to select.
🧵 Running ads in the Threads app is currently supported for ''Awareness', 'Traffic' and 'Sales' campaign objectives. Meta recommends using horizontal (16:9) and square (1:1) images, video ads are not yet supported.
Also note that the 'Threads feed' isn't available as a standalone ad placement, this means you must select both 'Threads feed' and 'Instagram feed' placements.
