Ukulele: Compare Different Low-G vs High-G Strings

Low-G tuning on the ukulele gives a deeper sound which I like very much. You can simply use a guitar D string on your ukulele to get a nice low-G. Here I compare different ways of getting the low-G, and how it sounds, including Aquila Red Series low-G and wound guitar string.

For the demonstration, I'm using a Makala Dolphin, which is semi-plastic, and one of the cheapest ukuleles you can find. Using a low-G string can give even a cheap ukulele like that one a richer sound.
