Top 10 MISSING Kotlin Standard Library Functions
In today's video, I am sharing with you my personal top 10 list of generally applicable, standard library-esque extension functions that I'd like to see in there one day but which are missing still at the moment. For my programming projects in Kotlin, I currently copy a collection of extension functions around that emulate behaviors that could well be in the standard library. Those can be called on collections, strings, and many other types.
In the second half of the video, I am sharing two major reasons why extension functions are so important for Kotlin as a programming language.
