Did you spot this detail in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013). The aspect ration change from Katniss Everdeen's rise from the stockyard (launch room) to the 75th Hunger Games Arena or third Quarter Quell Arena from Lionsgate’s Explained.
A transition that gave us a better understanding of the scale and pure speculate of the event. While also giving us some idea of how breathtaking Haymitch Abernathy and Maysilee Donner's 50th Hunger Games Arena was during the 2nd Quarter Quell.
