I am here to talk to you about the Bellefit post partum girdle. This is my third child and I did not wear a compression girdle with my 2 previous children. I've been wearing the girdle since 4 days post partum and the main things I've noticed are less back pain, better posture (I feel like I stand and sit straighter), my self esteem is up, the cramping during nursing was noticeably less painful and the baby pooch has drastically gotten smaller. I wear the girdle with the side zipper and I love it. Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend it.
