How to delete the configuration recorder in AWS free account?
Install the AWS Command Line Interface if not exist already.
aws configure
provide the access key and secret key and region
aws configservice delete-configuration-recorder --configuration-recorder-name default
delete the S3 bucket for config and IAM roles and policy
