Solution for Error from Scheduled Path in Flow: Unable to Convert Lead in Use by Workflow
In this video, we will show you how to work around the error: "Unable to Convert Lead that is in use by workflow." We are seeing this error when a user is trying to convert a lead that has pending actions in time-based workflow that were created by Scheduled Paths in a flow.
I did some research and I cannot find any way to query the WorkflowQueue object which holds the pending actions in the time-based workflow queue. If you find a way, let me know and we can automate this process for the user. This video contains the best solution I could come up with for this issue that does NOT require the Salesforce admin to delete the pending records in the time-based workflow queue. Let us know in the comments if you came up with a better solution.
