Quiz Ninja: Setup for External Users in a Digital Experience
Blu Ninjas has built a free AppExchange App called Quiz Ninja used to create and facilitate quizzes for your internal and external Salesforce users! Of course, we cannot take all of the credit, we found inspiration for the data structure here on the developer community. We tweaked some things and removed any dependencies on custom code, so any solo admin can configure and manage this application.

The package comes with an App Page that is ready to go with the flow, results and a dashboard for the user to use. All you need to do is write the quiz/test questions and answers and put them into Salesforce. No grading, no surveys to setup, just an easy way to facilitate quizzes with built in reporting!
Provide any Salesforce user with the ability to choose from a list of quizzes to take.
Quiz questions must be multiple choice with four answers to choose from.
The user is able to take a quiz more than once and review their answers prior to submitting.
The user can stop a quiz midway and pick back up where they left off.
The quiz answers are saved after the user navigates to the following questions.
Grades are immediately calculated and the user can see which questions they got right or wrong.
This app comes with the following:
Objects to store your quizzes, questions and answers
A pre-built flow to allow user to select quiz, take the quiz and review answers before submitting
Built in app that allows your users to take the quiz and see their results immediately
Reports and dashboards to review the results for individual user or the entire team
Permission set to give users access to the app page
