Kars has definitely changed a lot since the first video I made on him. While I'll miss his old combos, his new ones are still pretty sick looking.

I didn't include ULF in this video because of how much of a different character it makes Kars. I think ULF warrants its own respective video at some point in the future.

I made a mistake in the notations at 3:18, so I'll just correct it here in the description. After the activation of the "22S" install, I left out the J.H.
