(Step 2) Install the Dx11 File
(Step 3) Open Black Ops 3 Through Steam
(Step 4) Window Black Ops 3 For Easier Access
(Step 5) Open Process Hacker On Your Desktop Or By Typing It Into Your Windows Search Bar
(Step 6) Once Opened Scroll Near The Bottom And Find Black Ops 3)
(Step 7) If You Dont See Black Ops 3 Close Process Hacker And Open It Again
(Step 8) Once You See Black Ops 3 Right Click On It And Then Click Miscellanies
