7 Epic Strategies to Conquer the IELTS Computer Test Like a Pro!🇨🇦

Here are 7 helpful guidelines to attain a high band score in a computer-delivered IELTS test;
1️⃣ Get familiar with typing with a computer keyboard: If you are used to typing with your mobile phone, start regularly practicing how to properly use a QWERTY keyboard.
2️⃣ Use the TAB button instead of your mouse to navigate: You can skip to the next question faster by using the TAB button, especially in the listening test.
3️⃣ Write down numbers before transferring to the computer: Even if it’s a computer-based test, you’ll need your pen and paper to quickly jot down facts before typing especially “telephone numbers” or “postal codes” during the listening test.
4️⃣ Master how to Click, Drag & Drop with your mouse: You need this skill for the “fill in the gap” type of questions.
5️⃣ Highlight keywords in the Reading Passages: This will enable you to circle back to quickly find answers in between texts.
6️⃣ Know your shortcut commands for the Writing module: Control + C to copy; Control + V to paste; Control + Z to undo. These will easier for you to modify a large portion of your writing task within a short time.
7️⃣ Be positive-minded & careful: Be confident that you’ll be successful. Also, don’t forget to read all the instructions carefully before attempting any test section.
