【MK8DX】Electrodrome [200cc]:
Absolutely phenomenal WR to wrap up 2020 with. On stream last night since the session was going dry, I thought it was a funny idea to make a "expert staff ghost", so I booted up my Wii U and scanned a QR code of the mii, fully committed to the joke, I put it on an amiibo then sent it to my switch, and the rest was history.
About the run:
Lap 2 was very good, I was just trying to listen to the frontrunning music (because I was racing the staff ghost) and focus as much as I could, and it ended up all coming together since I had hit a Lap 3 that was a BKS, which is actually insane considering that I rarely finish lap 3s. As for Lap 1, it was very weak for my standards, and it inevitably costed a 1:23.4 time which just sounds so surreal.
My best splits are now 28.893 - 27.290 - 27.269 = 1:23.452 which is absolutely INSANE! I also want to mention that I jumped from 1:23.704 to this time of 1:23.557 in just one improvement. Playing this track at this level and getting that sort of cut is also INSANE, so I'm very proud of this run!

Future Plans & Goals:
At the moment, I'll be taking a break from Mario Kart Time Trials to focus more on school and my mental/physical health. I won't be gone for good, but don't expect a lot of Time Trial based uploads.
As for Electrodrome, I'm done for the time being. I know I have potential for a 1:23.4XX but I want to take it 1 step at a time and not overwork myself. Hope you understand, take care, and enjoy the video! :)
Additional Note: I forgot to mention but no matter what I do Vegas 17 Pro finds ways to corrupt the audio. I'm so sorry for the annoying minor audio issues. It makes me mad that it happens too, trust me.
