Attempting to recreate "There was an old lady who swallowed a fly"
In 2012 after watching some clips from "There was an old lady who swallowed a fly" as well as reading along to it, my plan was to recreate the whole thing together with dad recording it.
Firstly, I went onto Google Images to look up pictures of some random animals, then pasted them onto Word... or PowerPoint (I think?), and after printing them out onto a piece of paper, I used a pair of scissors to cut them all out.
Then I pretended to be an old lady who swallows random animals... with the paper cutouts on the floor. My dad began to record this... and I never said anything at that point, so I picked up a cutout of a fly and put it in my mouth... but all of a sudden dad told me to put it out of my mouth because I was being really STUPID because he was trying to record it!
After one animal was put in my mouth (then spat it out), dad never recorded the rest of the video because of that state.
For the foreseeable future, I will NEVER recreate "There was an old lady who swallowed a fly" EVER AGAIN because I will NOT be putting paper cutouts in my mouth without having to disguise as an old lady!
