Replaced the screen to check if no issue arose then I swapped the rear cameras followed by the front facing camera the Pixel 6 was functioning normally without any issues except a small latency issue in the camera app. The small latency went away as I continued my tests.

The biometric fingerprint sensor was working only with the native screen, and when the screen was swapped again it the fingerprint sensor was disable. The fingerprint sensor hardware was not recognized by the Android 12 OS. There seems to be an hardware compatibility issues between the fingerprint sensor hardware and the version and specificity of the Android 12 installed in the device. This is clearly a hardware lock.

The fingerprint sensor hardware seems to be detachable from the screen. Adding the obligated option to transfer the fingerprint hardware to the new screen make it more difficult to safely replace a screen on this device.
