Damaging these cables, especially the cable on the top will disable permanently the face ID function. A few cleanups on the frame and the front earpiece need to be transferred to the new screen. True tone will be disabled after the new screen has been installed unless you go with Apple self service repair program.
Everything else should work fine despite having non genuine display notifications. Apple has made updates to allow batteries and screen replacement without disabling key features.
