How to do a pulpotomy
This video shows a trick for deroofing the pulp chamber when doing a pulpotomy. Basically, you prepare the occlusal surface of the tooth for your stainless steel crown. Then you can cut the top off of the pulp floor. If it doesn’t come off clean like you will see in the video, you can peel off the top with an instrument.
