The Binding of Isaac: Content Update Final Boss and Ending 13
I apologize for not recording the new final area, The Chest, but just to give you an idea of how hard it was... Most of the doors could not be blown open, the secret room could not be accessed, I entered with full health, and I encountered rooms with 2 Super Wraths and another with War and Pestilence. The upside about entering though is that there are 4 golden chests in the first room all with items in them. This place is NOT joking around.
