I am going in mostly blind after playing a bit of all the beta tests. I find out the sequencing is quite different! It takes me a bit to get adjusted to the controls and timing of attacks. I am not used to the slinger and keep trying to use Flash Bombs as an item, not as slinger ammo...
I have been playing Monster Hunter since MH3U!
This time we finally take on an old friend of mine named Gravios. After that we take on another pair of Tempered monsters in Wyveria: Xu Wu uwu and Ebony Odogaron, then follow it up with Tempered Ajarakan and Tempered Gravios. Whew! After that we work on a few more of the... less demanding quests, including catching endemic life for the researchers. Some of them are a bit tricky to spawn...
