-Cant have job until young adult
Must paint and garden to make money
-must start out with 0 simoleons
-must have a house that is 5x5 with an add on bathroom of 2x3
-cant upgrade house until young adult
-you can get married when you become a young adult and can have another child
-you can choose to go to school if you want
