I upgraded to Windows 8.1 yesterday onto my Samsung Series 7 Slate with little trouble. Upon using the pen right after the upgrade, I noticed that it would stay in the top left corner, meaning that the calibration got screwed up in some way. I reinstalled the latest Wacom driver and recalibrated which seemed to have fixed the issue, but I noticed that the pen point was now jittery. Selecting and dragging anything with the pen became unusable and Manga Studio wouldn't even recognize that I was trying to draw anything.
Anyways, here's a video of the problem with the pen. If it's a driver issue, I hope Wacom finds a fix for it. If it's a hardware problem, that's a whole nother ball of wax.
