1. Pinterest - Team Inspiration Boards Pinterest is one of many resources to look at others’ work and find inspiration. What most don’t know however is that you can create collaboration boards inviting other people. All pins will be collectively saved in one board for quick and easy team alignment.
2. Notion - Project Management I don’t really know how I would work without Notion. It’s an incredibly clean and versatile platform to take notes, generate databases to save files, and even collaborate with other members to create the working core of any project or brand.
3. Figma - Prototype Design As a designer I find myself using Figma nowadays even more than Illustrator or other graphic programs. Not only can you quickly mock up a website and apps, but also use it to create quick and clean designs. From creating mood boards, and social media posts, to whole brand guidelines. It’s great to gather inspiration and access it either from the web or as an app on your phone. It even supports vector files.
4. We Transfer - Send Big Files Quickly Having a dedicated place to save files is great such as Google Drive, or DropBox. But we transfer is my go-to when sending bigger files quickly. You can upload up to 2GB without creating and account or paying anything per upload. Either distribute the files by sending them to a specific email or easily copy and paste a download link. But take care when using it for free the download link is only accessible for the next 7 days.
